Return Policy
For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, Active Controls will accept returns of merchandise and consider refunds according to the following conditions:
1) Unused components/systems in original, unopened packaging - we will refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge upon receipt of merchandise. No returns accepted on international orders.
2) Defective products - we will refund the full purchase price upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.
NOTE 1: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NOTE 2: Duties related to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Procedures
1) Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing us at sales@activecontrols.com or by faxing our customer service department at 856-494-4221.
2) Pack your product well and mark the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. We cannot accept any returns without the RA number on the outside of the box. Please be sure component/system has been properly cleaned, and wrap in plastic bags before boxing.
3) Detailed instructions and address of our warehouse will be given to you by customer service along with the RA number.
